People seek therapy for so many reasons. Maybe you're feeling "stuck" or you're looking for an unbiased person to help untangle complex life challenges. Experiencing specific feelings or behaviors that are unpleasant and uncomfortable can get in the way of relationships, work, and life goals. My passion is getting to know your unique strengths even in times of deep suffering in order to get you back on your path of feeling well and whole. My goal is to get to know you and what's bringing you here in a safe and confidential environment. I offer a collaborative and solution focused approach to therapy to help you find peace to live your life fully and wholly.
I work with individual adults and couples for treatment issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, and new parenting transitions.
